Thank you volunteers!

Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to share your interest and availability for the various roles that are needed to run Bowfest. We will get back in touch with you about your confirmed responsibilities and more detail about the job before Bowfest. If you have questions, please get in touch with the team using bowfestonbowen@gmail.com. Thank you again for helping to bring this incredible event to life!

The Facts:

Set-up: August 23rd late afternoon/evening (TBC)

Bowfest Day: August 24th 1030am-9pm

Take-down: August 25th morning

How You Can Help:

As little as 2 hours of your time goes an amazingly long way. Not only will you receive island-wide recognition, we'll give you an awesome volunteer collectable t-shirt and no charge entry to the fest.

Special Skills:

Please indicate if you have your Serving it Right, First Aid certification, or Stage Crew experience.  We are also in need of a few pick-up trucks or large vans (with drivers) on the 23rd and 25th to get things to and from the field.

Areas of Assistance:

  • Set-up & Take-Down: This is where we always need help doing some lifting and carrying pre- and post-event. Help us out here and you can just enjoy the festival on the day.

  • Gates: Suggesting donations, ID checks, wristband affixing, and general greeter to Bowfest!

  • Inflatables: Inflatables for the kids are back! We are in need of some extra hands and eyes to help supervise the fun and keep the line-ups in order

  • Festival Team: Get out and about with the people and jump in where needed. Includes helping keep the grounds clean, the Country Fair running smooth, and perhaps lending an extra hand to a food vendor. We also need a couple of hands for the Parade taking place just before 11am.

  • Stage Crew: Extra hands getting the bands on and off stage. Experience in the technical side of music or stage an asset but not required
